Bosch is great.

I’ll state the obvious but,

The Expanse
Good Omens
The whole Star Trek movies series (they are not half bad as you might expect…)

I second Bosch, it even git me to read the books. I celebrate it every April.

The Widow was okay, too.

I did not watch most of the rest, yet. Movies come and go, so a watchlist keeps me up to date on what is prime now.

The entirety of Babylon 5 is available via Prime, including I think all the TV movies aside from maybe In the Beginning. If you’ve never treated yourself to this series, I can’t recommend it enough - it’s honestly the peak of 90’s sci-fi serials (well, aside from maybe Farscape).

The Lost Tales is also absent. You can buy it, but it’s not on Prime. Of course, when it comes to the list of SF serials in the 90s it’s pretty short. B5 started it, but not until Lost and BSG in 2004 did it really take off.
There were also the Gene Roddenberry series, Andromeda and Earth: Final Conflict, but they weren’t as uniformly good. Anyone remember Lexx?

I have watched or am watching:
Man in the High Castle
Expanse
Jack Ryan
The Boys
Carnival Row
Good Omens
Hanna
Electric Dreams

They also have Stargate SG-1, Farscape, The Americans, X Files, and a lot of others.

The Boys

Carnival Row
all get good votes from me

and of course the forgotten weapons series from Ian McCallum

…I wouldn’t consider that to be a bad thing, honestly…

  • Our Man in Japan was very good. (Hey Bim!)
  • Fleabag was great too, if you’ve not seen it.
  • Catastrophe season 1 is ok
  • Loved The Expanse in 4K HDR10.

Yes second fleabag.

Watching this now (Fleet Air Arm). I find the Prime TV app really bad to just to find things to watch, so this is a revelation.

Saw Fleabag when it was on BBC 1 - pretty good.

Top Gear was one of the very few programs I watched on TV over the past 20 years but I haven’t seen them yet on Prime at all…I even watched a Clarkson program on You Tube a few weeks back on Isambard Kingdom Brunel from their BBC days.

The standard has been high and I have seen all of these (some twice)

The Man in the High Castle
The Expanse
Jack Ryan
The Boys
The Purge
The 100
The Tick
Mr Robot
Into the Badlands
The Last Ship
American Gods (season 2 fell a bit flat)

and am now on Vikings!

The last ship was also good. Though totally unbelievable lol.

Just started the last ship today on episode 4 so no spoilers I see it has 5 series so must be half good

I very much enjoyed. You need to let yourself suspend disbelief though. It’s just that kind of show.

Weirdly The Last Ship doesn’t appear in the search - you using VPN @Rhinosaurus?

Nope. Looks like it’s not available in Canada anymore.

All the TOS Star trek episodes and Next Generation episodes are available with Prime.
TOS - The original series.

Forgot how to make the abbreviation or acronym show a description when you scroll over it.

Series 4 seemed to have a lack of funding but Series 5 ramped it up again and was good.
