I love this image. The observatory satellite is in an orbit that occasionally the moon will pop into view.

That’s really cool, especially when you think about that we really don’t ever see that side of the moon.
Yeah, tidally locked moons are strange (but common).
It’s kind of relieving to see that the aliens haven’t cummulated their invasion forces on the back side of the moon…
