MSFS stuff…

It would be early to tease their next DCS module now, but perhaps keeping us in anticipation is their specialty. Last time we heard about their A-7E module, it sounded very much like they were still in the middle of it and not close to wrapping it up.

I’m choosing to believe this is MSFS stuff until they say otherwise.

Does anybody have any clue what the three-bladed piston engine belongs to?

Got more info -
So far they are only developing A7 for DCS- all the rest is MSFS.
They wouldn’t consider anything more for DCS as they are a small (but very very good team)

I am also curious.

In my dumbitude it looks like some sort of Double-Wasp.

A bomber?

I’d say they would go for something a bit more mass market…

Perhaps?

Would that be a b25 mitchell?

That’s my educated guess…

Those wide chord propeller blades though…
Could they be trying to capitalize on the huge interest for the B-17, coming in January…?

I got the sneaking suspicion that the propeller blades are not modelled completely to avoid people to determine what plane it is.

Yeah, it’s weak but look at them, so clumsily modeled, so short. Uhm…

Also the cowling is obviously not really modeled either.

Did the b26 marauder have three or four bladed props

Shame that would have been a nice addition to dcs

I read so many stories about how absolutely horrible to fly that was…

Yeah, I also got the feeling it doesn’t look right…

The only thing neatly modeled are the pistons inside the cowling. I managed to infer it’s a double-wasp by zooming in and counting

The B-25 had the R-2600, didn’t it?
