You don’t often see aircraft perform a go-around at Lukla (pit stop for Everest area climbers/hikers) due to the rising terrain. It is pretty much a one-way in/out airport, and at that elevation aircraft performance is weak…this is probably right on the margins of what the airplane could do…
The steep terrain beyond the approach end is the reason why aircraft rarely go around…
