I really wanted to see one of the generals say-
“Mr. Commander-in-Chief, We have none of the materials we need, the equipment is in a sad state of repairs, and morale is at an all time low. Subsequently I can complete none of the tasks assigned to me.”
It didn’t feel like that kind of briefing though…
