Just wondering... how do the user downloads work?

I wanted to try and find maps that are already populated. I’ve never downloaded a user file before… do they go in a certain file? they won’t overwrite the default maps, correct?

I’d like to see a populated military world to not only look at the different ground units and defenses, but also to be able to select a plane…say the P51 for example and practice my flying and killing.

Go to the DCS user files section. You are talking DCS, yeh? Search for “through the inferno” as that will pretty much get you want you seek.

The file you get when clicking the download button on it goes in C:\users\you\saved games\DCS\Missions
