Pretty cool video with the Carenado PC-12 (really nice plane). It is a reminder though that the X-Plane water could use a bit more or an “oceany” look to it. Seems a bit too glassy and calm until you get up close to it…

Not much by default. There isn’t even anything like the ATC in FSX.
For IFR flights there is a plug-in called X-Life that I like:

There’s a review for that underway, but it’s taking a while to finish. The plugin is still under development, so it changes frequently.
