Sounds like a good list. As someone who has seen lots of people just barely make it to retirement before checking out, I’m a bit of a “live in the moment” person. We could all be gone tomorrow. Wow it still works. For any new people you just put (METAR YVR) or (TAF KJFK) in a post and the weather bot is called (but use [square brackets] not round ones like I just did to not call the bot).

I have to wonder what sims will look like 20 years from now. When I look back at my first combat sim, which was Digital Integration’s Fighter Pilot on the venerable ZX Spectrum:
And then look at the latest sims we are playing today, I would say we have come a very long way. Still, I feel very fortunate to have such an amazing view from my office window.

I loved that game …one of my first flight Sims … With the good old speccy a protek joystick interface and a joystick from the Atari 2600 console… Which had one fire button … My god that was a long time ago
