You need a good audio book or podcast. Like the Fighter Pilot podcast.
Is that that section of 85 between Salisbury and Concord? That’s a miserable construction zone for the past year or so…
Yep. And I feel like various parts of the I-85 corridor has been miserable continuously since I was in high school, over 20 years now.
I grew up in Northern Virgina/DC Metro…you can’t make me feel bad for the CLT construction zones…
Impressions of my commutes from the last few weeks
This is the whole day, not one way. I’m not that crazy:
I AM SURE THEY CAN HEAR YOU OVERHEAD!
How small does that thing fold up to?
Interesting, I would have figured there be some kind of NOTAM preventing flying near this event. IDK. Is that kind of NOTAM only for general aviation type of aircraft?
MEDEVAC has it’s upsides…
THAT’S what you stay in top notch shape for?!! What a let down. I pegged you for a free-climber or something.
Rules disputes can get physical. You better be prepared to go five rounds of hard MMA if you want to roll with those guys
You gotta have that endurance to pull through
I’m not some crazy free climber or something. Just a little crazy when it comes to cycling.
I also love to go hiking in the mountains but it’s not something I can do regularly since I live in the lower Rhine region.
Misty day. But found this Guinness book of records entry
Which was next to this
Next day was test out ankle day. Overdid ita bit. At least it didn’t fall off.
Started out overcast the amazingly went into sky clear and beautiful sunshine.
Can imagine an f111 running low up this
Mountain lakes. Very inviting but very cold. You have to think about the shrinkage
This is the intended summit. A way to go yet
Getting higher above the lakes. Yes the photos were excuses to get some rest.
Still some snow up high
Getting to the top and it’s all glorious sunshine
Then out of nowhere this guy wooshes by (jealous)
There went $90 worth of grass seed…sigh…
Ouch. We’re about to get that here.
