THAT was… painful.

This team is IT.

The Dolphins are doing a bit better this week. They were tied with the Bills 0-0 at the start of the game and after one heck of a drive where they drove for a score to tie the game again at 14-14. Converting on 5 third downs to keep the drive alive was pretty impressive too.

Well the rest of the game went as I expected. :face_with_diagonal_mouth:

Sigh… It’s gonna be one of THOSE years as a Panthers fan…

Honestly, when the talking heads and youtube nerds describe this weekend as “another wild weekend of football?”

They won’t be blowin’ smoke for once.

I guess that will sort itself out in a few years.

As a (brainwashed, people say) Cowboys fan I acknowledge that he loves the sport and wants to be part of it. But maybe they should try something new.

Alternative angle: they are doing it right. Well, kinda. If you ignore the sport itself (which sounds insane, but we have to acknowledge that those are companies). I quote Forbes:

After becoming the first sports team ever valued at more than $10 billion in 2024, the Cowboys skipped right past the $11 billion and $12 billion marks to land at $13 billion in 2025. America’s Team hasn’t played in a Super Bowl in three decades but continues to dominate off the field. With estimated revenue of $1.2 billion during the 2024 season, Dallas was nearly $500 million beyond any other NFL team.

But man, as a fan it sucks.

I am a bit late to the party. I keep forgetting to record the one game of the week that we get broadcast free to air.

They never seem to show ‘my’ Team (Go Bucs), but I have already set it up to record the Chicago Bears at Las Vegas Raiders on Sunday (well actually stupid o’clock on Monday morning here).

I will be rooting for the Raiders.

I’ll let my coworker who is a die hard Raiders fan, that at least 1 other person might be expecting a Raiders win.

that eagles game was more trauma, emotion, and cardiac events than, all my past relationships combined.

Well luckily the 0-3 Phins were slightly better than the 0-3 Jests last night….

And unfortunately was probably the Cheetah’s last time in a Dolphin uniform

Well I finally got around to watching the Bears at Raiders game. I was ready to give up after only five minutes, ‘ordinary’ performance by both sides. Scoreline ended up a lot closer than I expected.

But that was only because of Crosby… What a game he had.

After today’s Phin’s performance I’m sure Waddle and Achane will be traded by Tuesday - they actually played well - it’s the Dolphins way…

And Tua’s post game comments should inspire his teammates to play better…

Just gonna stick with college ball. Go Bucks!

I haven’t watched a single Cowboys game this season so far, but it looks like they are doing that thing again where they almost win.

Same old, same old…
