Announcing the 'Styrspak FPL 37 Viggen'

I have updated the design of the safety and trigger mechanism.
I hoped I could use a reed magnetic switch to sense the opening and closing of the safety catch, but there are too many magnets in there and the reed switch closed within about a centimeter from the assembly…
So I had to rethink the whole deal. Now there’s a microswitch on the outside and a pin from the safety catch activates the switch, very much like the real mechanics, actually.
The advantage of this solution is that I can have different signals for opening the safety and closing it again.
As the trigger resistance is magnetic, and I need to fit two more switches inside the mechanical assembly, I put the trigger switch on the outside as well.
I have also split the assembly into a center core that will be 10mm thick, surrounded by two 1,5mm sides. The trigger and safety will be 9mm thick.
This way I can have all the parts cut from aluminium.
