Don’t forget to install the Hind you have to select in module mgr and that’s another 2.5gb expanded to 3.5gb.

This patch is a good one. I love how they fixed the water shaders. So much better than 2.7.1! Anyone notice they retextured the Caucasus? Typical “oops that one slipped by the patch notes” ED easter egg.

Yeah, in VR at least, my 1080 (non-Ti) is doable for basic stuff, but that’s about it. Someday.
Same here. So glad I have my shiny new connection. 1Gb/sec - took about 5 minutes. Oh, happy day - would’ve been 12 hours+ a month ago.

Looks about right 
Sitting in Steam VR home waiting for DCS to load and I see DCS steam version is in the top 8 free to play apps by player count in Steam
set it in task manager?
I can add ability to launch updater in silent mode while idle, but I’d have to code some under the hood failsafes.
