Lee, to your point about creating an autoexec.cfg, I found this video helpful. It describes how to set the DLSS override via the Nvidia app (not the Profile Inspector) and how to create the autoexc.cfg file. It fixed the OH-58 for me. Haven’t tested ghosting.
