Fixed your F-15 Skin. 
Unzip this and you’ll get a description.lua
description.zip (403 Bytes)
You swap it for the description.lua present in your personalized livery folder that should be something like…
your_drive_letter\Eagle Dynamics\DCS World\Bazar\Liveries\F-15C\Sryan 32th TFS
and Bam-Shazam you have a perfect pilot and plane, despite the age of the 3D model.

EDIT: this model is awfully old and uses some archaic definition- IF you find that when damaged or whatnot some other texture change into something broken again PLS tell me more or less what happened and show me a screenshot and I think I will be able to fix it in a millisecond.

Yeah I feared that, ok… nuclear option. Delete the entire folder and download the skin from the link. I just replaced it with a refreshed one.

Yes, that would be a good idea- but since back then there was no such thing I think he has them in the old folder.

For all of these I just used this Saved Games path. People can use this:
%USERPROFILE%\Saved Games\DCS.openbeta\Liveries\uh-1h\(name of the livery folder)\(livery files)
So really the only thing for people to tweak is probably the per aircraft/frame folder e.g. uh-1h part would be FA-18C_hornet for the Hornet etc. See your DCS install Bazar\Liveries folder for the specific folder names to use.
