Better yet would be a transparent top plate with an etched labelling mask. The lack of this feature didnāt stop me buying a T50-CM throttle though, as it wasnāt the #1 reason for selection. But the illumination isnāt of any great purpose in that iteration of the throttle, which is the only criticism Iāve ever had of it.
