I had thread a while back on the DCS forums regarding some of the ELINT stuff and the actual dev of the ELINT system responded. I’ll see if he can answer any of the questions/issues you’ve raised.

I just did a quick “ELINT reece” on the PLAN ships and Silkworm radar.
The results - Search Radars:
Unit - - - - - - - -Band- - PRF- - - -Scan
Type 54A FFG. . .A . . .1427. . . . 1s On - 2s Off
Type 52C DDG. . A. . . . 697. . . . 1s On - 2s Off
Silkworm Radar. .B . . 10000. . . .1s On - 2s Off
Note: The actual Silkworm scan rate (based on the visual of the antenna rotating) should be more like 1s On - 4-6s Off. Also, I tried to catch the actual Slkworm missile’s radar - no joy.

To finish up the PLAN Ships:
Tracking/Fire control radar Type 52C DDG
Freq: A PRF: 1303
Sequence broadca: 0.1s Silent: 0.1s
Tracking/Fire control radar Type 54A FFG
Freq: A PRF: 2498
Sequence broadca: 0.2s Silent: -0.1s
The Type 52B DDG should have the same Search radar parameters. The tracking radar for its SA-N-12 should be the same as the SA-11, already listed in the ELINT pdf.
