I am expecting a similar reaction to the sudden upsurge in VPN use when our Government implements their under 14yo ban for social media.
Rather than 3rd parties, I think it will be up to the platform to verify age… I don’t know which is worse?

It might spark an increase in tech knowledge among young people, just like in the good old times!
Just tell them there is Umamusume rule 34 content and they will become hackers.
Back in the day when we had bad Internet at home but decent Internet in school we learned to bypass the limitations on school computers to access the Internet.
And when we had decent Internet at home, our parents wanted to keep us from accessing file sharing platforms, porn sites, violent video games and other stuff, and many of us learned how to bypass that as well.
(OK, maybe it won’t happen this time. But one can dream.)
