Update! Another weekend of VR goodness! Paul Rix for pointing out VR zoom and centering. These commands are in the Ui Layer. Ui layer is in the commands section at the bottom. I never knew it was there. Zoom is amazing and makes training in unfamiliar aircraft a reality. I can now read the cockpit labels. So big thanks to Paul Rix.
Another two improvements enriched my experience. I updated my video drivers this weekend and discovered K boost on EVGA’s Precision X. The only thing I dislike here is that I need to disable Thrustmaster and Oculus software to enable or disable Precision X. That’s a PITA. I don’t think its a good idea to have K boost on all the time since my card (980Ti) idles a lot cooler when its not on. I was looking at Precision X when I noticed the button. It was one of them “What does this do?” moments. Performance is outstanding. I highly recommend it.
