Although the only truly scandinavian flag that I recognize is the old Swedish-Norwegian Union flag.
This is because only Sweden and Norway (and the northernmost parts of Finland) are situated on the Scandinavian peninsula.
And I became a Norwegian citizen, yesterday. I am now officially Swedish-Norwegian!
Probably a scandinavian invention… 
Seriously. If someone made it big, or did something good, someone will find this persons ties to scandinavia. Just take a look at this example:
