So I have revisted my build after your guys input, I changed the CPU to an I5-8600K, got a different cooler, and toyed with storage a bit, and dropped the dvd player.
Not sure if its better, but It seems more future proof??? lol

I would get DDR4 3000 for the same price @CL15 and I would look at alternative ways to get W10 as it is essentially free

Also better speeds with an M2 drive for less or similar money

Everything else looks great. The main difference of the Strix E over F is wifi but also the F is without the USB 3.1 headers on the main board
THanks for pointing out the E and F thing. Definitely want the E lol As for W10 I got my old 7 key somewhere, I tried to use 10 on my current computer but my motherboard wouldn’t support it. So Im thinking I can just use my W7 key and go that route.
As for memory Ill look at DDr 4 3000, Ill go with the best I can get when I order it. Prices seem a bit steep on memory right now.
Obscene the memory costs. I am going to round up all my spare modules and put them on ebay
What is also a waste IMO is paying for RGB lighting. I have a closed case and the last thing I need is flashing lights when I watch TV instead of gaming
