I decided I had enough. Wednesday night I walked 5km then for the next 4 days I ran 5k. I have amassed 25km since I started. I’ve had salads with fish or chicken. Only starch is toast in the morning. Today I had a morning run and an evening run. My waste was going over 35 inches. I’m in such denial… no mas. Got to get in shape. And waiting for me tomorrow is a lovely new toy. Stay tuned.
