Looks stabilized to me. For those of you who (like me) don’t speak French, here’s what the guy was saying:

“Yes, yes we do much flying around looking at things at night. The Gazelle is very good at flying around looking at things. No, we never shoot, of course not! In fact the “Army of the Air” has removed triggers and pickle buttons from her helicopters. No we just fly at night and look at stuff. Everything looks threatening in IR, no? It is very exciting!”
