I believe the 39 was underpowered.
There was the 25UTG for early Kuz trials, but it wasn’t combat ready.
I find it disappointing that MAC is going to be separate. I find it ridiculous that no more FC-level planes will be made. It’s perfect for planes that have unavailable information, and it’s a great way to release products more often.

Success! Strike Fighters 2 - Vietnam is awesome!!! I did a re-install of the SF2 Vietnam Ground War Expansion Pack and added Stary’s awesome updated Green Hell 3.5 and it looks fantastic. Green Hell 3.5 has much more subtle colors and definitely feels more realistic.
A total re-install of the mod is…well…definitely a process, but well worth it:

Then you can add Green Hell 3.5:

Copied all my SF2 stuff over, but realized all I backed up was my fully merged and modded install for all SF2 titles. Never saved my SF2V AGXP folder. So thanks @BeachAV8R for the links above; I’ll be downloading those tonight.
FWIW - my hard drive has like 400 GB of free space. So I think I’ll just leave SF2 installed from now on…
