What stargazing app do you guys recommend for a novice with an iPhone?
I use Sky Safari 7 Pro. It’s on sale for $20 right now. There are also lower tiers of the app that would fit most people’s needs. It works great on an iPad as well.

That’s it exactly. The two additional lights showing after the first is the same timing and appearance of what we’ve been experiencing over the Atlantic.
