Hey at least it aint no duckie
That was the first thought i had as well. Oh not again!
Context for everyone else, my wife and i left the kids with my mum for a week at our house while went to download festival.
My mum ordered 200 miniature ducks and got the kids to hide them everywhere in the house. They still havent been all located
OMG why did she do that to you?
Your mum is a bloody legend
I like your mum
sorry, I can’t help it, but I just had a mental image of the look on your faces as you and your wife find those tiny ducks for months, if not years to come.
I know how sneaky kids… and mothers can be
I feel this may the time frame. My wife found one rattling around in a pot of sweetener tablets. It was logistically fairly impressive as the duck was larger than the hole
I have met the woman and yes, she very much is.
I suspect the one on the door fame was not placed there by the little ones ….that lady is a devious one she may have had a larger part to play, than just the idea and obtaining of the
You should have seen the evil glint in her eyes when I started doing boorish wordplay such as “that house got seriously ducked.”
Putting up new smoke detectors.

Oops. I did not read carefully enough Wheels. I was looking for ducks
As we’re about to head back to the Low Lands, I spot this sad state of affairs outside our airBnB:
Car nerds, what am I looking at?
Caterham 7… and yes it’s a disgrace to treat her like that.
I was a Caterham enthusiast back in 2006- had a dealership of those beasts literally 200 meters from my apartment and I had to pass in front of it to go to work.
I had a sporty Alfa 147 back then- but the burning need for a “Super 7” never went away.
My passion might or might not been have made worse by an anime called eX-Driver
Yep that’s a Caterham, a very popular beginners racing class that is relatively affordable with cars that still have some spice and can teach you a lot about driving. Quite popular in racing sims as well!
Damn shame, I wonder what the story is behind such a passion project left behind.
As others said - Caterham.
‘Replicas’ were also very popular here as a ‘kit car’.
An Australian car maker called Elfin also produced something that looked almost identical, but had a 5 litre V8…
