Within the past year here in Canada we have activated a nation-wide emergency alert system via the mobile phone network. Locally here in Ontario, we have only had tests and a few amber alerts.

Is that the Tank Museum close to Monkey World? I always felt they were tempting fate by putting those two places so close together.
