I second the SU-34 model they could do a SU-34 and an F-15E model and I would be good for a while

It wouldn’t be a proper DCS module unless they simulated proper suction forces in the toilet system, and appropriate voltages in the galley hotplate.
Jokes aside, I’m not sure about the Platypus, but I’d fly the crap out of an Su-30.

In the humble opinion of this sports fan, a side by side Flanker just looks wrong.
Is it a 'Vaarkski that has pretensions of being a fighter?
Is it a fighter that doesn’t realize it has let its self go and has been relegated to bombing things?
What happens to the poop when it tries to dogfight?
