It certainly has been the return of the space sim to modern gaming these last few years…
No more wandering out in the lonely wilderness with only Freespace mods to cover our shivering bodies…
I had already wishlisted Space hauler 
But just added Pilot 6174: Orbital Survival and Univoyager.
Space games that don’t focus on pew pew and have realistic physics are where it is at for me.

I got it, and it gave me a pretty solid case of motion sickness. May just need to try it again in shorter sessions, but something to be aware of.
Ironically no, same with real world acro, etc. My vestibular system has a real strong opinion on what’s going with my body, and if the visual input doesn’t line up it’s not happy.
Flight sim’ing in VR can mildly get me (if I’m doing things with lots of spins, etc), but I think the visual input moves in a way my brain is used to seeing (if not necessarily experiencing) and the motion/vectors are comprehensible to my earth bound brain. 6 DOF space movement is definitely not something my brain likes to deal with. I’m sure if I spent a lot of time in with it, I’d get better about it.
