Aginor's weird NFL thread

Holy crap, the Cowboys won! :cowboy_hat_face:

I’ll be honest and admit: That wasn’t exactly a great game. The defense was what really mattered.

Also: Did y’all see that 25 seconds 2PT-Attempt in the Arizona-Vegas game? Hilarious!

Ok, one more for Dallas:

Fun fact: Cooper Rush never lost a game that he started.

Gogogoooo!

My take on some of today’s games:

  • Cleveland sucks - got beat by the Jests…
  • Bengals suck - no offensive line
  • Steeler’s suck - Trubisky is the issue, should let the kid from Pitt start.
  • Patriot’s suck - Not really, I’m just used to saying that
  • Panther’s really suck! - well, just their offense (need Fox and Delhomme back)
  • Dolphin’s DO NOT suck!!!

Note - Phins are celebrating the 50th anniversary of the ONLY “Undefeated Season” in the NFL,
and are now 2-0.

Now wouldn’t that be a headline if they actually could pull it off again…

Today’s win was an unexpected gift. Hopefully they do not need many more such gifts this season to stay competitive…

how did Tua get put under Concession Protocol but return to the game?

They said he passed the concussion protocol tests, and that is “wobbly” legs came from an earlier hit to his back.

They are just lucky Josh Allen took them 2 or 3 personal foul penalties in the end.

Lucky or not, the Phins are 3-0. And that’s against 3 of the AFC’s best teams!

To be honest that sounded a bit fishy to me.

To me (and the German commentators as well btw) it was clear that it wasn’t a good idea for him to return, regardless of whether he passed the test or not. The way he looked and walked around did not look good at all.

Sure, he played OK after a short break, but… yeah, still doesn’t feel right with what we know about concussions by now. They should protect the players’ health.

I saw what you did there

Oh, and I forgot to mention:

I am pleased to wake up to the news of the Cowboys having won against the Giants. :cowboy_hat_face:

I am not pleased that I didn’t get to watch the game. Judging by the highlights video it was fun.

Well he def. is now.

yep…

Poor guy, I like the way he plays.
