Those were two very interesting first plays to say the least.
Oh dear… the Eagles are in a mood for giving presents it seems…
Yeah…horribly sloppy play by the Eagles this first half…
But at least they didn’t allow many points at least. 10-9 halftime.
And Matt Ryan is a bit lucky there. That was his third almost-INT just now.
Both defenses doing a good job right now.
I like the Eagles playcalling! Very variable.
Down to our defense now.
Last 2 mins will be a nail-biter. Come on Falcons.

Yeah…if I were an Atlanta fan, I’d say he initially got mugged there…but it all looked fairly up and up there. The announcer had a point that if he’d caught it, it didn’t look like his feet were going to land inbounds…but who knows. I was just regretting that the Eagles didn’t go for it on 4th and goal on the other end. I knew that 3 point chip would come back to haunt us…and it almost did. Of course, then ATL could have won by one if they’d missed the fourth down…so heck…

I just thought that with first and goal on the 7 and not wanting to give the Eagles the ball by scoring too quickly, that running on first down would have been preferable to an incomplete pass. Then Julio dropped a couple of passes in the 4th quarter that he usually catches. Just wasn’t our year. Happy to have been in the hunt though.
