Same here!

Villanova is undefeated 5-0 and travels to my stomping grounds to play William & Mary this Saturday. Don’t know if it will be on. TV but if it is, I’ll be at the game, so look for me in a Mudspike T-shirt (which will be under my Villanova sweatshirt).

Go Cats!

Watching Purdue vs. Penn State now, on German TV.

Evidently the VU vs W&M game was televised…they had TV time outs.

VU’s defense did not play well. They should have stopped W&M many times. No penetration. Fortunately VU’s offense out classed a fairly good W&M defense despite a couple of crucial turnovers…

Today on German TV:
Bears vs. Raiders
Packers vs. Cowboys

Oh, and I just noticed that our German fullback Jakob Johnson caught his first pass today!

Edit:
Some background for that: the football community and the growth of the sport in Germany has profited a lot from our local heroes that play(ed) in the NFL and show that NFL football isn’t that far away.
But there has only been one touchdown so far by a German player, a fumble return TD by Markus Kuhn (D lineman for the NY Giants a few years back). Now seeing a German fullback getting the ball is thrilling. The only other offensive player is St. Brown (WR, Packers, but on IR right now) and he didn’t catch any TD passes yet.

In other news: the London game is pretty fun so far. Some nice plays and good action for the many casuals watching.

There are rumors about a possible Frankfurt or Düsseldorf NFL game in the next few years. I’d try and be there!

I have no clue what kind of game I am watching right now. The Cowboys fail completely, both on offense and defense.

Welcome to Cowboys football. Though usually the fans get at least another week or two of very obnoxious trash-talking in before this level of meltdown happens.

On a completely related note, as hard as the Panthers tried to give it away, they still managed to eek out the win today against the Jags. But not for lack of trying.

Sorry Aginor, but the first time the Cowboys played a good team (Saints) they lost.
Now the Packers are also a good team.

Concerning the Panther’s - McCaffrey’s a beast! It was great weather for a game!

Go Buckeye’s!
Go Brownies!

Since we moved to Charleston, do I get to root for the Panthers now?

Well, the Cowboys numbers actually don’t look too bad.
Still… meh.

…and now that the Cowboys had some great plays to get back into the game and… my stream goes down…
F*** this. I am going to bed.

Side note - Dolphins did not lose today!

What, you don’t already have your house decked out in blue and black, and “KEEP POUNDING” tattooed on your arms?

Also, I’m pretty sure you can find outfits that would make Cam jealous at the shops on King Street.

Hey chipwich, if you’re still looking for a team, I have a Dan Marino jersey I could part with. Cheap.

nice shot, the skyline almost looks like it’s from a movie/tv show where they used a painting as the background
