AT&T Troubleshoot & Resolve

I keep getting a site not found or site down error message when I login to my account and try to use it. Will someone with an AT&T account confirm that the site is down.


I’m able to access my account using the iOS app.

I am also able to access my account but I am unable to use their Troubleshoot and Resolve service. When I click that link I get a message telling me that the service is not available.

It was however available for me to access using my phone on Monday.


Day seven. Maybe I will get through to someone in the service department today…
