I have not checked the servers out @ST0RM but the second thread has had activity as recently as yesterday.

Yeah, the air fighting units really grew up fast after the fumblings of WWI and the inter war years…
Have felt the need for uncomplicated combat lately (live with 4 females 
) and searched for Flying Circus. I have some WWI content in my IL-2 install, but don’t think that I have entire volumes. Wondering how many members here have FC Vol1?

I have all volumes of FC.
It just got a big update with Zeppelins and big updates to many cities.

Looking through emails, I have FC V1 and V2. Maybe a black Friday sale is upon us, although TBH I’ve got mixed feelings with the war in Ukraine.

It is ‘made’ for VR. I have the first two volumes and it is an absolutely sublime virtual flying experience. No complicated hotas configurations to remember, no ‘I need a degree in computer science’ systems to learn… Just pure flying.
That and as someone who still has a collection of Biggles books from when he was a kid, the chance go up-tiddly-up in a Sopwith Camel is alone worth the price of admission, even if the Se-5a is my go to kite.

I have all of the currently released FC modules, and aside from the expense I think they’re quite good. Certainly the best WWI sim experience we’ve ever had, and up there with Red Baron 3D if we’re normalising to what the hardware can deal with.
It’s just too expensive for what it contains at the moment!
