Battleship Command is out (early access), reasonably priced and seems incredibly deep but accessible. I picked it up (discount on Steam for $A31 and some change) and the YT videos I’ve watched look great.

Actually, if you own Task Force Admiral and buy the bundle (which includes TFA), its $A29.88 for Battleship Command.
