Lufthansa flight school using the DA42 and a Brunner mixed reality simulator for multi training. My nephew is at Embry-Riddle now and they are using the DA42-VI as well. Cool airplane.

Mixed reality is so cool!
We had a Frasca fixed based simulator in my flightschool. I can imagine having something like this sim could almost replace real flying… But a simulator will probably always lack that mental aspect of consequences of your actions, so I guess students will still need to slip the surly bonds of earth.
But the technology sure is really cool.

They had just received the fuselage section when I was there, last year and the video above is a few months old. The simulator is still under development…
