Well, it certainly is his “office” - passing 13,260 Ft MSL, at +1500 FPM and 165 KIAS…if I’m reading it all correctly. 
The altimeter is set to standard pressure, 1013,25Mb, or 29,92inHg for you imperialists, so technically it’s FL 132. But otherwise correct! 
Yes, it’s an article about my airline and the ops out of my base, actually.
