I did a quick search on moving the DCS install from one drive to another. I found a post where there is a registry key mentioned, that needs to be changed to point to the new location of the 2.2 Alpha…
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Eagle Dynamics\DCS World OpenBeta
I changed the path to the new location for the 2.2 Alpha folder and then tried the update again. I got the copying files message and then the torrent began again. It was still a 16GB download though.
I’m at 6% and counting … it’s going to be a long day!

Pondering upon this I imagine I am getting 2.5 Caucasus and the 2.2 folder is not seen. It has no registry entry since I had it on a different SSD to my OS which has been reinstalled since. I did redownload 1.5 and used Skates app to change to OB. We will see, just wish I had a better internet speed. 3.5 Mbps is stoneage

You can stop the download, change the registry entry and then start the update process again. The data you have downloaded so far will still be good, it will just continue on from where it left off. I’m on a 4mbps connection, so I feel your pain.
