Nothing about the FLIR/IR stuff? I was getting mega frustrated trying to pick vehicle targets from among buildings in Syria they other day, didn’t matter what I used–TV/WHOT/BHOT–it was nearly impossible!
Nothing on the Viper either. If the Longbow comes out with more working MFD pages than the Viper has now, I’m going to throw one of my patented hissy fits.

I think that might be bang on. We were supposed to get an AI C-47 with the WWII Asset Pack but appart from some external screenshots a couple of years ago we haven’t heard anything else about it.
If they’re really doing a C-47 I will completely forgive them the lack of an AI C-47 and their radio silence on it.

I just want to say, the current version of 2.7 beta is the most stable version of DCS that I have ever played (having started playing the beginning of 2019). I haven’t had a single DCS crash since the last patch, which has been wonderful. Prior to that I was having to restart DCS between missions to prevent CTD, and getting an occasional BSOD for no reason. I’ve really enjoyed it just working. Kudos to the ED team. I have to admit a little bit of trepidation about the upcoming patch possibly changing this, but we will see!

2 things what i wait most in patches:

LOS for new clouds , now those are just pure eye candy and AI gets edge with his x-ray vision.

I really, REALLY hope that friendly and red AI get more brains in next patch (okay, maybe least end of year), still get thems killed way too often in stupid ways. (fly in sam’s even there is no need to go in etc)

I don’t think the AI will be fine in the next patch. AFAIK ED has stated that AI overhauls are ongoing, but is a long term goal and somewhat tied to the new ATC system that is in the works (as in working on a completely revised AI system DCS wide).
Keeping the AI on a short leash and controlling them via voice provides a better experience than juggling the radio menu at any rate.
