Nice editing for sure!
But… Taking out about 10% of the runway and the…VOR…station…to stop a cargo aircraft from landing…?
They may need to look at their intel again. :wink:

Pretty neat to see a bunch of French virtual pilots enjoying DCS in a French Fighter module. It’s a 20 minute video but if you’ve got the time, well worth the look. Great teamwork, radio coms in French, and some really nice camera angles. Just a superb video show-casing how good DCS really is.

Late to the party as usual, but - Re: Vietnam 2 movie, very cool, but what map? (I’m guessing Marianas).

Also, there is no way I would be exiting the side door of a ‘Herc’ banking like that (@ 8 Minutes)… heck, I wouldn’t even be going off the ramp :stuck_out_tongue:

I bet I’m not the only one here who has taken off in in an aircraft more times than they have landed in one?

Thought about this one. My self controlled landings in all aircraft exceeded my para descents some time after 1976, if you count hang gliders and gliders. If an engine is required my landings will have outdone descents in 1982 with microlights. When I downgraded my licence to include spam cans it would be about 1990 that powered full stop landings exceeded descents. I did not factor touch and goes as recording those is a fairly recent requirement.
Herc pilots always thew the plane about prior to hook up/stand up to make the team airsick. Nice.
