I did not read that at all. The only thing I got from this is that this patch will update both Stable as well as Open Beta versions to the same new version. And that the update will be seamless regardless of what you are using.

I could have swore this morning when i looked at it. That post said the next planned version number was the same as the beta version.

I may be wrong but i think that forum post has changed a little since this morning.

I know this is going to sound extremely geeky but do you know what Iā€™m excited for in the next patch?

The 2310L RPL201 fuel tank for the Mirage F1!

It was developed on request from the Iraqis and also purchased by the French ArmĆ©e de lā€™Air. It became the standard fuel tank for the later Mirage F1 CT and CR models, replacing 2 wing tanks with a single belly tank for less drag and more room for bombs.

This is a big step towards properly roleplaying the F1CT, CR and EQ versions. Now if we just get the M version and the twin bomb racks on the inner pylons, I might stop commenting on Mirage F1 wishlist threads. Except maybe for Exocet and/or ARMAT.

I know you can get pretty far with an F1 on just a small belly tank but I bet this will really help to keep up with the Phantoms on strike missions.

Twin bomb rack for the GBU-12s on the belly would be nice too. And that ECM pod to balance the weight of the expendables pod (BARAX? PHIMAT?)
