Honestly @NineLine, it looked like no animals were being harmed in the making of that screenshot.
They all respawned and were healthy at next launch. All good.
You mean … at next LUNCH!
Found this, and I had to connect it to this thread.
Brilliant even if probably a bit coarse in language.
Overall SFW.
Thank you, a true heroes’ tale. It warmed my cold, dark monday morning.
In aristotelian ethics, the heroes’ tale plays a pivotal part. Ethics aren’t defined in some abstract way by Aristotle, but found in the world, in the actions of heroes. The good isn’t something to be debated or quibbled about by bearded men in comfy chairs, but recognized in those who exemplify it. IMO the straight up heroic tale, telling the listener that “this is good behavior, this is how you should strive to act” is about the most important sort of tale to tell.
Of course Aristotle then proceeded to build a whole intricate building of pure abstract ethics from his comfy chair

Now, obsessive list making aside, Why would I ever need to fly another simulator? DCS has every box ticked for me apart from one… we so nearly had it. It was in the works but it slipped through our grasp. The Tu-22M.
But I would take a B1-B instead.
Seriously, dcs is fricking badass
I remember the first time I saw a 53 parked next to a Blackhawk.
You can always read “large helo” but it never really sinks in until you get that scale.
