Welcome @SilverFrog. Sorry to hear of your misfortune. Relocating can be a biotch and no matter how prepared, it’s hard to remember it all. Perhaps you had good reason for not forwarding your mail, although one might think that pretty high on the move checklist.
In the case of HB, when they fell way behind in the Tomcat swag fulfillment, at least with my order, they sent a second t-shirt with their complements to go along with the year late original. I thought that pretty outstanding. Here’s hoping that such a fate will befall you and your order. Regardless, thee Phantom will be a module not to miss.

Maybe you could send another message explaining the situation a bit more succinctly and offer some order or identification numbers so when the package is returned to sender they can identify and forward to your new address perhaps? Be a shame to give up!
If they already sent out the items before being informed of an address change, then to be frank, they really don’t owe you anything… You are implying that they should foot the bill for your mistake? Have you tried contacting whoever lives at your old address to see if the package is with them?
The B737 200 had been using the ex RAF/Bristow graphics that the company bought with the F4. As of last week they are now using xplane for the 737 200, a huge improvement. The Phantom is being upgraded to xplane soon. Machloop is coming.
