Don’t get me wrong, I have the DVD and watch it more often than I should (talk about guilty pleasures) but my fascination for it was greatly diminished by reading books about the real Topgun, which make me kinda angry because the real NFWS (anyone else who reads NSFW here every time?) and what happens and happened there was and is SO much more awesome than that cheesy movie.
I recommend reading:
- Scream of Eagles (Robert Wilcox)
- Roger Ball (Donald Auten)
- Topgun days (Dave Baranek)
