20% off on steam, wondering if the new DRM follows the same rules as the old?

I thought DCS’s new DRM mechanic wasn’t out yet?

The new DRM is out and running with the Harrier already, as in the four day timer thing is there.

I think the safest thing to do would be to just assume the Steam version (even with the new DRM) does not work on standalone until someone from Eagle Dynamics officially says that it does.

I’m glad the pretense of ‘we don’t release early access DLC on Steam’ has been dropped anyway, as that never made any sense to me.
