The peculiarity of the numbering of the suspension points in the mission editor and reality (including in descriptive documents on weapons), see the diagram.

The numbering of the suspension points in the ME DCS is shown above, it does not coincide with the accepted numbering in the documents.

In the diagram:

1 - numbering of beam holders BDZ-57Kr-VM (dark red). Used when describing the sequence of dropping bombs, “unloading” blocks from the NAR, the descent of the NAR.

2 - numbering of the Launcher Devices (PU) of the Guided Missile Armament (URV) system (green). It is used when describing the missile launcher and when choosing a launcher while using the missile launcher

I hope we have it before the end of may. Not that I have time to fly much. Been back to work 2 weeks and I get a day off next Sunday. That’s like 20 days in a row. Grrr

Watching the new video by Wags he says the service ceiling is 4000m or 60,000 ft. Sounds like a typo to me. I also never realized we can fly it as fast. We can overtake A10s :grinning:

Also can anyone tell where the footage was shot. I have never seen a taxiway with the word actually written on the ground.

4000m is not 60,000 feet. Or was Wags actually saying “4000 meters or 60,000 feet”?

I listened back and both times it sounded like 60,000 it got my attention for sure. Like what keeps it flying at that hight. Who needs a Sputnik :joy:

Maybe he meant to say “5000m or 16,000 feet.”

Well, Wags is American, so meters might not be his thing.

JK, I’m sure he wanted to say 16,000ft and the rounding from 4876m was a bit off.

It’s so ugly that’s it’s being repelled by earth (not really though, it’s magnificent).

Angels 60 can’t be real. 16 sounds far more realistic. Problematic in the 'stan too.

The tech specs claim 16 angels of maximum ceiling so…
