Would it be okay if I tentatively joined? Not sure if my connection will hold up so I’d prefer to do a little test, but this weekend I’m free and I kinda sorta can do a few tricks with helos. Kinda.

Just checked out the rotorheads server and they lack public slots unfortunately so I am going to figure out something else. I am sure there’s a few good missions I can download.
Would it be possible to have the OH-6A mod available. It is so much fun to fly and not too many controls to remember.
That being said, not sure if I can make it today, but definitely interested.
I have no clue how any of that works or if it is on a server anywhere.
Hollo Point has choppers so that is an option!

And hollo point north (run by former mudspike regular @Wes) usually runs combat missions that also has attack helicopters

Already checked, the server this morning was running a server with kiowa’s apaches and hueys.
I should be able to join in on this. Setting an alarm now! Caution - I’m only just able to start-up and maybe shoot some guns and rockets. I’ll try to get to the Hellfire training mission this morning. 
I think that is about all the training we need/have in this impromptu rotorfest we shall have going on!
I can now boop and scoot and skedaddle in the Apache, do some dastardly sneaking behind tree’s and such. I can fire the hydra’s and the gun whilst looking at a target(which is the coolest thing ever in VR) and other then that I have no clue how anything works! @Sryan is going to be in for a fun ride! 
I’ll keep it in mind! For now we shall keep it simple, everyone is still getting to grips with the choppers, and it looks like that mission has no apache?
Sorry, forgot about the Apache. Open to suggestions. I believe that I have a Cold War Germany sandbox. Looking.
No worries, also I don’t think everyone has Germany, I know I don’t and I am not sure I can get it all up and running in time. I think we are just going to keep it simple on some of the older maps most people surely have by now! But thanks for all the help and efforts Chip, much appreciated!
How hard would it be to add apaches to “Into the Jungle”?
I suspect not too lard, I can remove the loach so we don’t have to bother with mods as well
EDIT: Just did a quick check, it has quite a few mods so I doubt it will be that easy unfortunately.
