Isn’t there a number of servers that host this kind of thing? The PvP version is more popular, but I could swear there’s a few multiplayer servers that are already hosting a PvE dynamic campaign

Sure, but after installing BMS and the feeling of…
its Dynamic Campaigns give me… I would like that thing too in DCS. Offline- no one to bother, no one bothering, just simming and immersing.
I am egoistical in this, but still.

I don’t think it’s egotistical to have a want or a desire. I think having an offline dynamic campaign in DCS would be fantastic. Kind of a realistic version of Battlefield or Rainbow 6 - just set in airplanes.

I don’t know if anybody remembers yhe Enemy Engaged helicopter sims? Those had cool little metagames or DCs. I think that sort of thing would be doable in DCS. I don’t have any hope for a Falcon4 style DC.

Give the player the ability to adjust the opponent’s assets so you can be fighting either a near-peer or insurgents AND fix some of the oddities in AI flight model (Like the MiG-21 being a 5th gen fighter performance wise) and it’d be pretty much set.

What Liveries Specifically, I’ll see what I can do.
Most of them were Tomcatter’s but it looks like he’s fixed those. I haven’t checked since the last update, but all the liveries with Reflected’s Tomcat campaigns, and all the Raven One campaign liveries for the S-3 were also broken.
