I wonder if this is part of a bomb damage update. It would be great to see the cluster bombs kill things again.

All I see is another optical effect. I’ll be impressed as soon as they show something affected by them correctly.
Zoomed in a little and slowed it down. You can really see the blast effects like this, wich look nice. The first and fourth explosion also seem to generate an effect that seems to resemble a fragmentation pattern. Let’s hope its for real and not just an effect!

That looks great - love the debris falling in arcs, plus the shockwave. 
You know watching that footage, Combined Arms could be a fun god-level RTS one day 
It’s REALLY REALLY good…
so good that I feel like a monster in saying- Here’s hoping the’d also add a shadow to those smoke pillars. 
And I sure hope all that smoke and dust will block AI line of sight…
