Delta Air Forced to Remind Flight Attendant Hopefuls That They Have to Wear

Really really?

Edited as…I really should try to be nicer! It’s a very different world than the one I lived in when my airline career started in 1995. You might read the article and think it’s about age, about how the current generation operates on a different standard. But most new FAs at my airline are in their 40s. They come to the job from other, often unrelated, jobs. The profession of Flight Attendant for many of them seems not to be an aspiration. More than a few are quite open about hating it. But the money is great, the schedule is gentle and the pass benefits alone make up for the indignities of the job. The pride of service and respect for self is sadly not what it was once.

Definitely had a string of bad applicants, otherwise they wouldn’t have needed to publish those points.

Depends on your definition of bad

“There once was a girl who had a little curl right in the middle of her forehead. When she was good, she was very, very good. But when she was bad she was better”

I don’t recall bedroom antics being part of the hiring process when my ex worked for JAL

Since the actor Ralph Fiennes joined the Mile High Club with a frisky female cabin crew member, The QANTAS acronym has been changed (allegedly by Qantas staff) to QUICKIES AVAILABLE NOW in TOILET: ASK STAFF.

Between Voldemort and The Ghoul, being noseless seems to be the hot thing nowadays.
