Yes. But it doesn’t happen to me and it seems to be a security issue, so I’m trying to narrow it down…
No problems logging in from .au
And I am not using TFA either. Firefox browser on the PC.
Edit: I just tied logging in with my VPN pointing to three different US servers (NY, Texas and West Coast) and immediately get the Cloudflare thing. No problems with an Aussie, NZ or UK server.
I’d say it is an issue with US servers?
And I Thank You for that effort.
If I am coming across as angry that is not the case. frustrated Yes but I am only trying to be as concise as possible with my posts.
This post was made on my PC after having to confirm my identity again. I have some other errands to do for a bit so I will check back on this later.

That seems like the only common denominator…
I totally get that!
I am very sorry for all the people experiencing Cloudflare issues, I just want to add a data point: I have had no issues.
Europe
Android 13
Brave browser (Chromium based)
No 2FA (although I will probably enable that soon, good idea @Troll )
If I log in with ( Edge) VPN US server (Seattle) I get Cloudflare also. I’m from Canada.
Ok, unless you found something and altered a setting @Troll the problem may have auto-corrected? At this very moment I am able to view the site without any CloudFlare interference on my phone and PC.
When I came to the site on my PC for this sessions I did not receive the CloudFlare challenge before it allowed me to view the site. On my phone when I clicked the Mudspike link I also connected using that device without being challenged by CloudFlare.
that all is well again.

Probably. I doubt anything I did had any effect… I just tried a few tricks to try to force the same issue on my end. @Fridge was looking into it as well and the boss (@BeachAV8R) may even have called support
Glad to hear that it’s sorted though!
I really wonder what happened. Or if even we will ever know. Despite my whining about Discourse yesterday I am a believer that the simplest answer is nearly always the correct one. If the sufferers were all in the US, then it was our problem not that of the forum software. It was a small thing but illuminating. We users of this ubiquitous entity called the internet have zero control over the spigot. If someone wants us cut off, we’re off.
Which ironically is exactly what the internet was originally designed to prevent!
The only yhing I did was report the issue to CloudFlare. I can’t imagine a small potatoes forum like ours would make them investigate anything…but who knows.
A quick search yesterday showed me how despised Cloudflare is due to its obtrusive nature so they may finally be taking complaints seriously and trying to improve their customer service?
Thanks again to everyone who took time out of their day to work on this problem.
